Refund & Return Policy

Order Cancellation

Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of being placed. After this window, orders are processed and can no longer be canceled.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Delivered to the customer first

  • In its original condition and packaging

  • Returned within 14 days of delivery

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Refunds are issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Refunds are processed back to the original payment method

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Orders that are still in transit

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers or external factors

  • Incorrect shipping information was provided by the customer
